These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, download, and use of the Cloneversations Personality Packs (“Packs”). By purchasing or using a Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. License & Usage Rights
  • When you purchase a Pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the content for personal or business purposes.
  • Packs are provided in digital form (e.g., JSON, PDF, encrypted file). You may use them with ChatGPT or other AI platforms that support custom instructions.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the Packs available to third parties.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All Packs, including text, code, images, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Cloneversations and are protected by copyright law.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  1. Newsletter & Communications
  • With each purchase, you will be automatically subscribed to our customer-exclusive newsletter, which may include bonus content, code snippets, photos, videos, and updates.
  • You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or contacting us directly.
  1. Disclaimers
  • Packs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We make no guarantees that the Packs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
  • The Packs are for entertainment, creative, and educational purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloneversations and its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from the use or inability to use the Packs.
  • Your use of the Packs is at your own risk.
  1. User Responsibility
  • You are solely responsible for how you implement, integrate, and interact with the Packs in ChatGPT or any humanoid/AI platform.
  • You agree not to use the Packs for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • We reserve the right to revoke your license or restrict access to the Packs if you violate these Terms.

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, U.S.A.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Michigan. U.S.A.
