At Cloneversations, we create and deliver digital Personality Packs and related downloadable products. Because these items are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

No Returns or Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Once your purchase has been confirmed and the files delivered, you will have immediate access to the product and we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase (accidental multiple orders of the same product).
• Technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing or receiving the file.

To request an exception, please contact us at cloneversations@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review each request individually.

Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper software, platform, or setup to use our digital products before purchasing.
• We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before completing your order.
